Make sure Screenwise Meter is collecting info
To make sure that a phone or tablet is metering correctly, follow these steps:
- Open the Screenwise Meter.
- If your device is connected and metering correctly, you'll see a message explaining there's nothing else you need to do.

If you contact customer support, they might ask what versions you're using.
Android
- Open the Screenwise Meter.
- Tap More Options

- Tap Settings and look for Version Name.
iPhone or iPad
- Open the Screenwise Meter.
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Look for Application Version.
Phone version
If you contact customer support, they might ask what versions you're using.
Android
- Open the Settings
app.
- Tap About phone.
- Look for Android version.
iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app.
- Look for General.
- Tap About.
- Look for Software Version.
