Fix issues with the Screenwise Meter mobile app

Make sure Screenwise Meter is collecting info

To make sure that a phone or tablet is metering correctly, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Screenwise Meter.

  1. If your device is connected and metering correctly, you'll see a message explaining there's nothing else you need to do.

If you contact customer support, they might ask what versions you're using.

Android

  1. Open the Screenwise Meter.
  2. Tap More Options 3 vertical dots icon icon.
  3. Tap Settings and look for Version Name.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Screenwise Meter.
  2. Tap the Settings icon.
  3. Look for Application Version.

Phone version

If you contact customer support, they might ask what versions you're using.

Android

  1. Open the Settings Settings app.
  2. Tap About phone.
  3. Look for Android version.
