Make sure Screenwise Meter is collecting info
To make sure that your internet browser is metering correctly, check the icon in the toolbar at the top:
You're good to go. Click the icon to see who's checked in.
You're in guest mode. When you're done using guest mode, choose the panelist that's using the internet.
You need to sign in.
Browser extension version
If you contact customer support, they might ask what versions you're using.
Chrome
- Open the Chrome browser.
- Click the Chrome Menu button.
- Select More Tools > Extensions.
- Look for the extension version next to the Screenwise Meter extension.
Firefox
- Open the Firefox browser.
- Click the Firefox Menu button.
- Select the Add-ons menu item.
- Click the More link below the Screenwise Meter add-on.
- Look for the version number next to the Screenwise Meter add-on.
Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer is no longer supported for new devices. You may continue to use the Internet Explorer Extension if it is already installed on your device.
Safari
- Open the Safari Browser
- open the Safari Menu
- Select Preferences
- Select Extensions
- Select Screenwise Meter from the extensions list
- Look for the version number at the top of the extension information window

- Look for the browser Version.
Firefox
- Open the Firefox browser.
- Click the Firefox Menu button.

- Look for the add-on version in the Application Basics section.
Internet Explorer
- Open your Internet Explorer browser.
- Click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Select About Internet Explorer.
- Look for the browser Version.
Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- In the top right, click Settings and more.
- Click Settings.
- Under About this app, look for the version.
Safari
- Open the Safari browser
- Open the Safari menu
- Select the About Safari menu item
- Look for the browser version

To fix this issue follow these steps:
When you install the browser extension, allow it to access your Google account.
