If you stop participating in this panel, you can simply unplug the Screenwise Router or follow these steps to replace it with your router:
- Disconnect any computers connected to the Screenwise Router.
- Turn off and unplug your modem.
- Locate the ethernet cable connecting your modem to the Linksys router. Disconnect the cable at the router end only.
- On your router, plug the power cord into the power port.
- On your router, connect 1 end of the ethernet cable into the yellow port labeled INTERNET.
- Connect the other end of the ethernet cable to the ethernet port of your modem.
- If your computer connects by ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi, connect the non-computer end of that ethernet cable to a blue ethernet port on your router.
- Plug in the power cords for your router and your modem.
- Turn your router power switch on.
