The Screenwise TV Meter collects data about the TV, movies, and videos that you watch and stream.
The TV meter device has a camera, but that camera is never used and doesn’t collect any info. Some cameras have been covered with a privacy sticker. If your TV meters don’t have stickers, and you would like them, contact Customer Support.

Where to put the meter
- Set up one TV meter for every TV watched in your home. If you need more TV meters, contact Customer Support.
- The TV meter should be out it in the open and in a convenient location so you can easily check in and out.
- Keep the TV meter plugged in and turned on all the time.
Install the TV meter
- Make sure all streaming devices (like Xbox and Roku) and smart TVs are connected to the Screenwise Router Wi-Fi network or plugged in to the Screenwise Router.
- Unpack the TV meter and the power cord.
- Plug in the TV meter.
- Complete the TV meter set up process. The process shows you how to connect to the Screenwise Router Wi-Fi network, learn how to participate, and pair your streaming devices.
You’re all done when you can see your name in a square on the screen.
