Adjust your location targeting settings

Ads in Yahoo! JAPAN Ads campaigns are eligible to display in any location within Japan. If you want ads in your campaign to display only in specific prefectures, select the checkbox for the prefecture.
To target prefectures:
- Sign in to your new Search Ads 360.
- Navigate to a Yahoo! JAPAN Ads account.
- From the page menu on the left, click Campaigns.
- In the table, click the name of the campaign.
- From the left page menu, click Locations to expand the section.
- Click the blue pencil
 above the table to enter a new location.
- Select Location.
- Type a location in the "Enter a location to target" field.
- Click the name of desired location in the drop down list.
- Click Save.
You can also target prefectures in bulk:
- Click the checkbox Add locations in bulk.
- Enter one location per line, then click Search.
- Next to desired locations Click Target.
- You can also click Target all for the all items in your list.
- Click Save.
To exclude prefectures
- Sign in to your new Search Ads 360.
- Navigate to a Yahoo! JAPAN Ads account.
- From the page menu on the left, click Campaigns.
- In the table, click the name of the campaign.
- From the left page menu, click Locations to expand the section.
- Click the Excluded tab.
- Click the blue pencil above the table to enter a new location.
- Type a location in the "Enter a location to exclude" field.
- Click the name of desired location in the drop down list.
- Click Save.
You can also exclude prefectures in bulk:
- Click the checkbox Add locations in bulk.
- Enter one location per line, then click Search.
- Next to desired locations Click Exclude
- You can also click Exclude all for all the items in your list.
- Click Save.
