Report on Google Ads store visit conversions

Google Ads This article applies only to Google Ads accounts in the new Search Ads 360.

If your business meets certain requirements, you can set up a store visit conversion tracker in Google Ads to gain insights into how your search ads impact your in-store conversions.

In Search Ads 360, you can report on store visit conversions by adding a Google Ads store visit custom conversion column.

Note: In Google Ads, store visits are reported in the 'All conversions' column. Learn more about 'All conversions' and how to report on store visits in the Google Ads Help Centre.

To create the column:

  1. Sign in to your new Search Ads 360.
  2. Navigate to any reporting table, such as a campaigns, ad groups, keywords or Ads reporting table.
  3. From the table toolbar, click Columns.
  4. Click +Custom column from the top right-hand corner, then click +Custom conversion column.
  5. Add a name of your choice and description.
  6. On the 'Conversion actions' card, select Google Ads and search for Store visits.
  7. Select the box next to the desired 'Store visits' column.
  1. Select one of the following performance metrics:
    • Conversions count
    • Conversion value
    • Value per conversion
  2. For the count of conversions option, select By click time.
  3. Click Save.

You can then use this column in reporting.
