Download or share a dashboard

Share your dashboards

Dashboards are viewable to anyone with access to your account in Search Ads 360, except for people with email-only access. To share reports, Search Ads 360 can send a scheduled email that directs users to the dashboards through a Search Ads 360 URL.

To share your dashboard via email, do the following:

1. Open the dashboard that you want to share. Click the schedule icon above your dashboard.
2. Select the frequency and time that you want to share your dashboard.
3. (Optional) Add a note.
4. Enter the email addresses of the people that you want to share your dashboard with.
5. Click Schedule.

Download your dashboards

To download your dashboard, do the following:

1. Open the dashboard that you want to download.
2. Click the download icon .
3. Select .csv, Excel .csv or .pdf.

To download a multi-page dashboard, repeat the above steps for each page.
