Schedule a report

If you regularly download performance data for offline analysis or sharing, you can use the new Search Ads 360 to schedule reports on your reporting tables. When the report is ready, the new Search Ads 360 will send an email with a link to download the report.

Schedule a report

  1. Navigate to a statistics table and customize it.
    For example, from the page menu on the left, click Ads and add columns and filters.
  2. Above the reporting view, click the Download icon and click Schedule from the dropdown.
  3. In the pop up, choose the frequency of scheduled emails.
  4. Choose the file type.
  5. (Optional) Select the Compress file checkbox to send a Gzip file (.gz).
  6. In the “Recipient” field, enter the list of email addresses for the new Search Ads 360 to mail the report to.
    The email will contain a link for downloading the report.
    You can select individual email accounts, or you can choose to send your report to all users for the desired manager account level.
  7. Click the “Segments and more row items” field to select additional segments, rows, and columns to include in the report.
  8. (Optional) Click the Title and date range or Totals checkboxes to include additional information.
  9. (Optional) Click All editable columns for Bulk Upload checkbox to include columns required to support bulk upload.
  10. Edit the report name.
  11. (Optional) Select an owner. The report will be visible in the owner’s account and in its manager accounts. This selection can’t be edited after the report is scheduled.
  12. Click Schedule. At the next scheduled interval, the new Search Ads 360 generates the report and sends email to the list of recipients.

Edit a scheduled report

When you create a scheduled report, the new Search Ads 360 saves it with other saved views and scheduled reports on the Reports page.

  1. Navigate to the Reports page.
  2. Scroll down to the report name you want to view or edit. The “Schedule/Format” column details the schedule and download format type if there is one.
  3. Hover over the cell and click the Edit icon .
  4. In the pop up, click the Edit icon to make changes to the schedule.
  5. Click the checkboxes next to the emails to individually add recipients or click the All account users with access to view reports checkbox.
  6. Choose the frequency of scheduled emails.
  7. Choose the file type.
  8. (Optional) Select the Compress file checkbox to send a Gzip file (.gz).
  9. In the “Recipient” field, enter the list of email addresses for the new Search Ads 360 to mail the report to.
  10. Click Save. The new Search Ads 360 will generate new reports at the next scheduled interval.

Remove a scheduled report

  1. Navigate to the Reports page.
  2. Scroll down to the report name you want to view or edit. The “Schedule/Format” column details the schedule and download format type if there is one.
  3. Hover over the cell and click the Delete icon .
