Pause or resume a cross-channel remarketing segment
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 account.
- Navigate to a sub-manager account.
- From the page menu, under “Tools & settings”, click Shared library.
- Click Audience manager.
- On the "Segments" page, click the remarketing segment you want to edit.
- Click the three-dot icon
and then click Edit list.
- Expand the "Membership status" section and then do one of the following:
- To pause the segment, click Close. Audience members will no longer be added to the remarketing segment. If the segment is shared with Google Ads or Display & Video 360, the segment continues to target customers.
- To resume the segment, click Resume. This restarts adding customers to the remarketing segment.
Remove a cross-channel remarketing segment
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 account.
- Navigate to a sub-manager account.
- From the page menu, under “Tools & settings”, click Shared library.
- Click Audience manager.
- On the "Segments" page, click the remarketing segment you want to remove.
- Click Edit, and then click Remove.
If the remarketing segment you removed was shared with Display & Video 360 or Google Ads, users in the segment will no longer be targeted by those products.
If you were using the segment to build a remarketing list in a social or search platform, refer to the instructions provided by that platform for information about removing the list from that platform.
