Get started
Invoices for the current month appear only after Search Ads 360 generates them. Make sure you’re signed in and have access to a manager account to view invoice data.
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
- Navigate to a manager account.
- From the page menu, click Billing and go to Billing setups.
- Then, select Invoices.
Find a specific invoice
You can refine your filters by using "Find in documents" feature to locate invoices quickly.
- Select +Add a filter above the invoice table.
- Enter text like “Purchase order,” “Advertiser name,” or “Due date.” You can also enter text or an amount from the invoice. As long as it appears on the invoice, it’s searchable.
- (Optional) Use search operators:
- “AND” (in uppercase letters) to find invoices with multiple terms (for example: video AND game)
- “OR” (in uppercase letters) to find invoices with either term (for example: Nov OR Dec)
- Click Apply to view results.
Tip: You can also add and remove filter conditions to customize the data you’re searching for:
- Select Add filter next to an existing condition.
- To return to the default view of your invoice table, click select Clear filters.
Sort the documents in your table
Sorting re-organizes your report data for easy reading. You can change the order of documents in your table by sorting one of the visible columns.
- Above the table, select the document type.
- Choose an option(s) from the drop-down that appears.
- Invoice shows all invoices, including closed or paid.
- Debit memo shows any open invoices or debits with a balance due.
- Credit memo shows any open credits that you can apply to open invoices.
- Click Apply.
View invoice details
- Select the invoice from the table.
- A pop-up of billing details will appear.
- To close the pop-up, select the X icon.
- Click Actions in the top right of the invoice to:
- Download a .pdf or .csv version
- Request a revision
Occasionally, there may be a slight delay in the usage data report at the end of a calendar month. In such cases, those charges might not appear on that month's invoice and will instead roll over to the next month's invoice.
As a result, your invoice might include an Adjustment fee, or reflect costs from multiple calendar months.
Download invoices and statements
- In the table, select the row of the invoice you’d like to download.
- Select the checkbox at the top left of the table to select all documents displayed.
- From the Actions menu, click Download
.
- Choose the download format (.csv, .xml, etc.) for your report and click Download.
Save custom filters
A custom filter is a collection of modifiers you make to a reporting table. You can add columns, sort, and filter your documents to show only the ones you want to view.
For example, documents in descending order of open amount, for a particular product. And then save this customization for future use.
Anyone with access to an account also has access to the custom saved filters created in that account. For example, if you create a saved view named “Summer Invoices” in the Seasons account. Each user of the Seasons account can view, use and change the Summer invoices filter.
- Select Save custom filter above the invoice table.
- Name your filter and click Save new.
Custom filters will appear in the drop-down menu above the invoice table.
