Payments profiles use the same 12 digit number across all Google products. In Search Ads 360, you can search for the profiles of a manager account.
Payments profiles will show who controls the profile and other key information like:
- Name
- Address
- Tax ID (when legally required)
If you can't open a Payments profile, you might not have the necessary permissions. If you lack the required permissions, contact your Search Ads 360 account Admin. If you are an Admin and still can't make these changes, you may need to contact Google support for assistance.
View your payments profiles
On the Settings page of the Payments account:
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 account.
- Navigate to a manager account.
- On the page menu, click Billing.
- Click Payments profiles.
- On the "Payments profiles" tab, select your profile.
