Remove a seasonality adjustment

You can remove a seasonality adjustment from Search Ads 360 entirely or just from selected bid strategies. You can also reactivate seasonality adjustments that have been previously removed.

Remove a seasonality adjustment from Search Ads 360

1. Sign in to your new Search Ads 360.
2. On the toolbar, click the tools and settings icon .
3. Under 'Shared Library', click Bid strategies.
4. In the left navigation panel, click Advanced controls.
5. Click on the Seasonality adjustments tab.
6. Select the boxes for the seasonality adjustments that you want to remove. If you're having trouble finding the items that you want to remove, you can filter the list to only show seasonality adjustments.
   1. Click Add Filter.
   2. Use the search box to find the event type and click it.
7. Click Remove.
8. Confirm the new edit to the seasonality adjustment by checking all the information is correct as this will alter your bid strategies.
   • Removing seasonality adjustments may change how your bid strategies perform. Before you remove an adjustment, confirm that the conversion data from this period is accurate.
9. Click Remove. The seasonality adjustment is removed from all the bid strategies that it was applied to.

Remove a seasonality adjustment from selected Search Ads 360 bid strategies

1. Sign in to your new Search Ads 360.
2. On the toolbar, click the tools and settings icon .
3. Under 'Shared Library', click Bid strategies.
4. In the left navigation panel, click Advanced controls.
5. Click on the Seasonality adjustments tab.
6. Select the box next to a seasonality adjustment. You can select multiple boxes to edit more than one seasonality adjustment.
7. Click Edit in the blue bar above the table.
8. In the 'Scope' section, select the 'Specific campaigns' button.
9. Click on the pencil icon
10. You can see the total number of campaigns within that account.
11. Do one of the following to remove the event from a bid strategy:
    • In the list of selected bid strategies in the panel on the right, click the 'Remove' icon .
    • In the list in the left-side panel, clear the bid strategy's tick box.
12. Click Done.

View removed seasonality adjustment

You can't reactivate a seasonality adjustment event after it has started.

1. Sign in to your new Search Ads 360.
2. On the toolbar, click the tools and settings icon .
3. Under 'Shared Library', click Bid strategies.
4. In the left navigation panel, click Advanced controls.
5. Click on the Seasonality adjustments tab.
6. Click on the 3-dot icon above the table, then select Show removed.
