Support for the DoubleClick Studio Web UI

The Studio Web UI behaves properly using these browser-OS combinations.

DoubleClick Studio Web UI1
Windows 7+ Internet Explorer 10+, Mozilla Firefox 4+, Safari 3.1+, and Chrome 4.1+
Mac OS 10.5+ Mozilla Firefox 4+, Safari 3+, and Chrome 4.1+

1You can preview HTML5 creatives in Studio on browser-OS combinations that are supported for the Studio Web UI, ad serving, previews, and both Flash and HTML5 creatives. Some HTML5 features may not be supported by all HTML5 browsers.

Support for ad serving and previews

Flash creatives, including Flash mixed-mode creatives, behave properly using these browser-OS combinations. These are also the browsers that external previews1 of these creatives work with and that Google Engineering production and QA use to test Rich Media ad serving.

Ad serving
Windows 7+ Internet Explorer 10+, Mozilla Firefox 4+, Safari 3.1+, Chrome 0.2+, and Opera 11.62+
Mac OS 10.3+ Mozilla Firefox 4+, Safari 1.3.2+, Chrome 7+, and Opera 11.62+

Safari 6.1+ running on the Mavericks Mac OS: If both HTML5 and Flash creatives have been uploaded for the ad, the HTML5 creative will serve instead of the Flash. This is because Safari's Power Saver feature pauses Flash content.
Linux OS Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, and Opera (all three using Linux Opensuse 11.4)

Browsers used by the DoubleClick QA team to test Rich Media desktop creatives

The QA team doesn't test on every browser version listed above, but we do test on the most commonly used browsers, operating systems, and Flash versions based on market penetration. We try to stay current with releases of new browser versions and test on the latest live versions to report possible bugs in our components. We update this quarterly to reflect current usage and new releases.
