Read a story in Read Along

Students can read stories and receive in-app feedback and support.

Read a story

1. Go to Read Along.
2. On the Library page, click the story you want to read.
3. Read the story out loud to Diya.
   • Tip: Read Along needs access to your microphone to work properly. Learn how to use your camera and microphone.
4. Use Diya to help you read the story. To have Diya:
   • Read a line in the story: Click Diya’s picture.
   • Read a word to you: Click the word.
   • Sound out a word for you: Click the word again.
5. To turn the page in the story:
   • Move forward: Click Read story’s next page .
   • Move backward: Click Read story’s previous page .

Tip: When you read a story, you earn stars and badges.
