This section explains how to find and use a PEM file and PPK file if your lab requires them
- On the lab manual page, go to the Connection Details panel. If your lab uses these files, links to download them appear in the panel after you click Start Lab.
- Download the files. Your lab instructions tell you if you need to do this. The files typically download to your Downloads folder, or the most recent folder you downloaded to. If you cannot locate the files, check your browser's download history.
- Follow your lab instructions to upload the PPK file or PEM file when and where they tell you.
