To see your earned badges, make your profile public.
Make your profile public
When you make your profile public, you are able to share your achievements with your social network. This profile includes your first name and the first initial of your last name, number of labs taken, number of courses completed, your badges, your league, and your photo (if you have a photo associated with your Google account).
To make your profile public, simply:
- Open a new internet browser.
- Although all popular browsers are supported, for the best user experience it is highly recommended to use the latest version of Chrome OS. Please check your device here for compatibility.
- At the button of the home page, click on Profile.
- Under your name, click on “Make badge profile public” and you will get a shareable link.
Get a shareable link for your resume/CV
- At the button of the home page, click on Profile tab.
- Under your name, click on “Make badge profile public” and you will get a shareable link.
- Share your badge profile link on your social media pages or resume/CV.
Tip: On LinkedIn, add your badge as a certification.
Note: You can always make your profile private.
Share your badge with your social network
- At the button of the home page, click on Profile tab. You must make your profile public.
- In profile click on Badges, scroll down to the badge that you would like to share.
- Click the share icon.
- Choose your social network - LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
- Social messaging will prepopulate. If you would like to customize your message, you can edit it directly.
- Click save and share
Note: To share your Badges in each social network, you have to follow the above steps.
What your public profile shows
- Your first name and the first initial of your last name, as listed in your account.
- Number of labs taken.
- Number of quests completed.
- Your badges.
- Your photo, if you have a photo associated with your Google account.
Make your public profile private
If you make your profile public, but change your mind, you can delete your public profile:
- Sign in to Qwiklabs and click the My Learning icon.
- In the upper right, click Delete Public Profile.
- In the "Are you sure" dialog box, click OK.
The badge shows a check mark even though I have not completed the quest/course. Is something wrong?
The check mark on the badge is part of the art work, and not an indicator of Quest completion. To earn a badge for a quest/course, you must complete all required content.
