Accessing and managing your credits
Credits are the alternative to purchasing a subscription.
What are Qwiklabs credits?
Credits provide one-time access to individual labs. Each lab has a specific credit cost.
How to purchase credits
- Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
- Click Settings.
- In the left navigation menu, click Subscriptions and credits.
- Click Buy Credits and choose your desired option.
- If you have a promo code, click Have a Promo Code? and enter it.
- Click Pay with Credit Card.
You will receive an email receipt upon successful payment.
Note: To purchase more than 20,000 lab credits, contact enterprise-cloudskillsboost@google.com.
How to view your credits
- Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
- Click Settings.
- In the left navigation menu, click Subscriptions and credits.
- Your current credit and subscription balances will be displayed.
- Click More details to view your transaction history.
When do credits expire?
Purchased credits expire 6 months after the purchase date. Credits granted through promotions may have different expiration timeframes. You can view the expiration dates of your credits in the Subscriptions and credits section of your account settings. You will receive an email notification before your credits expire.
Note: Credits are non-returnable and non-refundable, but you can share them with other users.
Use credits with a subscription
If you have both credits and an active subscription, your subscription will be used to pay for labs. You can share your credits with other users by creating a share group.
