How to buy Credits or Subscriptions
Credits and subscriptions can be purchased with credit cards only, and any other form of payment is not accepted. To purchase credits or a subscription, simply:
- Sign in to your Qwiklabs account
- Note: If you do not have a Qwiklabs account, create a new Qwiklabs account
- Click your avatar (located in the upper right corner of your screen)
- Below your email address will be a green button with n credits. Click the green button.
- Click Buy Credits or Subscription and make your selection.
- If you have a promo code to use, click Have a Promo Code? and enter your code.
- Click Pay with Credit Card.
- After your payment has been accepted, Qwiklabs will email a receipt from noreply@qwiklab.com.
Note: If you wish to purchase more than 20,000 lab credits, please contact us at enterprise-cloudskillsboost@google.com.
How to view your credits and subscriptions
To view your credits or subscription, simply:
- Sign in to your Qwiklabs account
- Click your avatar (located in the upper right corner of your screen)
- Below your email address click the Settings button.
- You will then be taken to your Account Setting page. Click Subscriptions and credits located in the left navigation.
- You will then see your current Subscriptions and Credits balance. To view more information about your current balance, click more details and a log of your Qwiklabs transactions will appear.
When credits expire
Credits that you purchase expire 6 months after the date of purchase. Credits you are granted, such as part of a promotion, might have a different expiration timeframe. To view the expiration dates of your credits, click your avatar, click My Account, and then Credits & Subscriptions.
Qwiklabs sends you an email when your Qwiklabs credits are about to expire.
Credits are not returnable or refundable. However, you can share your credits with other Qwiklabs users.
Subscription billing and automatic renewal
Cancel your subscription
- Sign in to Qwiklabs, click your avatar, and in the pop-up, click n Credits.
- In the You have an Advantage Subscription box, click UNSUBSCRIBE.
Cancellation takes effect after your current subscription runs out. You can continue to take labs until then.
Subscriptions are not refundable; that is, if you do not use your subscription, or if you cancel before your renewal date, you do not receive a refund for the remaining days in the billing period.
You cannot share a subscription or add it to a share group.
