Why is the video not marked as completed?

Troubleshooting: Course video not marked as complete

Steps:

  1. Click Mark as completed in the upper-right corner. This marks the video as complete.

  2. If the problem persists, unenroll from the course by clicking Leave Course. You can re-enroll by viewing a document, quiz, video, or lab; this won't affect your progress, and the video will be marked complete afterward.
