Why is the quiz not marked as completed?

Troubleshooting: Quiz not marked as complete
  1. If you've completed the quiz and it's not marked as complete, unenroll from the course by clicking the Leave Course button. 

  2. Re-enroll in the course by viewing a document, quiz, video, or lab. This won't affect your progress; the quiz should then be marked complete.
