We are no longer making Quickoffice available for download. To work with Microsoft® Office files, install the newest versions of the DocsSheets, and Slides apps from Google Play on your Android phone or tablet, or the Docs, Sheets, and Slides apps from the App Store for your iPhone or iPad. 4. Can Quickoffice recover my files?

Quickoffice cannot assist in the recovery of files accidentally deleted from your device, or assist in the recovery of data loss due to the application closing unexpectedly.

7. Why can't I insert an image using an iPad or iPhone?

Adding images is only supported for presentations at this time. If you're having trouble adding images to a presentation, it's likely that location services are turned off for Quickoffice. To allow Quickoffice to access images stored on your iPad:

  1. Open your iPad or iPhone's Settings application
  2. Touch Privacy then Photos
  3. Find Quickoffice in the list of apps & move the slider to the ON position

You should now be able to insert images using Quickoffice. If you have trouble after changing these settings - save your current work completely shut down Quickoffice & reopen your file.

8. How can I print a file from my Android tablet or phone?

10. Does Quickoffice support macros?

Quickoffice for iOS does not support files with macros. Quickoffice for Android can view files with macros, however the macros must be disabled before the file can be opened in Quickoffice.

11. When will a currently unsupported feature be available in Quickoffice?

We're constantly working on new features & improvements to Quickoffice - if there's a specific feature you'd like to see, tell us about it using this form.

We're not able to release any specific dates or version numbers when a feature will be released before an official announcement is made, but we'll post updates as soon as possible.
