We are no longer making Quickoffice available for download. To work with Microsoft® Office files, install the newest versions of the Docs, Sheets, and Slides apps from Google Play on your Android phone or tablet, or the Docs, Sheets, and Slides apps from the App Store for your iPhone or iPad. You can create a .zip file to compress a group of files or folders. This will make the files take up less space on your device on in your cloud account. You can browse, open, edit & save files stored in compressed folders with Quickoffice.
Here's how to compress files and folders:
- Select the files/folders you’d like to compress.
- Touch & drag (iPad users) the files to the Compress icon
- Enter a name for the new compressed folder (it must end with .zip)
You can now work with this folder just like any other folder: you can browse, open, edit, save, send & transfer the new zipped folder.
