Add, remove & rename worksheets

We are no longer making Quickoffice available for download. To work with Microsoft® Office files, install the newest versions of the DocsSheets, and Slides apps from Google Play on your Android phone or tablet, or the Docs, Sheets, and Slides apps from the App Store for your iPhone or iPad. Learn more about editing Office files in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

You can rename, add, remove and even reorder spreadsheets in your workbook with Quicksheet. Touch a worksheet tab at the bottom of your screen to select the sheet so that you can get started changing it.

Here's how you can modify your worksheets on any device:

  • Add a worksheet: Touch + next to the last worksheet tab
  • Remove a worksheet: Touch the sheet's tab, then touch x to delete the worksheet
  • Rename a worksheet: Touch twice on the name of a worksheet
    • On Android tablets and phones, a dialog box will ask you to enter the new sheet name. Press OK to confirm changes.
    • On iOS devices, a cursor will appear letting you change the name directly on the tab. Don’t forget to press Done on your keyboard.
  • Reordering worksheets: Touch & drag a worksheet tab to rearrange the order of sheets in your file.
