To work with Microsoft® Office files, install the newest versions of the Docs, Sheets, and Slides apps from Google Play on your Android phone or tablet, or the Docs, Sheets, and Slides apps from the App Store for your iPhone or iPad. Uninstalling Quickoffice works differently depending on your device's operating system. Select your device below to get started:
iPads and iPhonesBack up any files stored on "My iPad/iPhone" before uninstalling Quickoffice.
Quickoffice cannot help you recover files lost when you uninstall Quickoffice.
You can drag these files to a cloud storage location (like Google Drive) or connect your iPad or iPhone to your computer with a USB cable, then download the files using iTunes.
To uninstall Quickoffice:
- Back up any files stored on "My iPad/iPhone"
- Place your finger on the Quickoffice icon on your home screen and hold until it begins to shake
- Touch X
- Touch Delete if you've backed up your files. Touch Cancel to cancel the uninstall.
- Quickoffice will be removed from your iPad or iPhone
To uninstall Quickoffice:
- Save and close any open documents.
- Open the Settings app on your tablet or phone.
- Touch Apps, then Quickoffice in the downloaded section.
- Touch Uninstall
- Touch OK if you have saved and closed all open documents and Quickoffice will uninstall. Touch Cancel to cancel the uninstall.
