As i am using google custom search engine on my website and result is right but in the result all the images are same and an old image is showing in all results and not taking actual page image
First i want to clear my Google custom search engine cache

and how could i resolve this issue of showing old and same image in all result

To have more control on thumbnail images in your Programmable search engine results, recommend to specify your own thumbnails by using pagemap or metatags in <head> section of your pages and get these pages reindexed. To specify your own thumbnail, refer the documentation:
Once you have specified your thumbnails, you will have to get your pages reindexed. For faster reindexing, create a sitemap of your updated pages and submit to Google Search Console. To create sitemap, refer the documentation:
Once the "Thumbnail" option is enabled on the Programmable Search Engine, in the results the thumbnail images are picked from Google image server. If images are up-to-date in Google image server, you will see the correct images in thumbnails.
