Thumbnails

Programmable Search Engine will automatically display thumbnail images (where available) in search results. You can disable thumbnails at any time, or you can specify the thumbnails you want displayed in search results.

Disable thumbnails:

1. On the Custom Search home page, click the search engine you want.
2. Click Look and feel, and then click the Thumbnails tab.
3. Switch Thumbnails in search results to OFF.

(Advanced) In some cases, you might want to disable thumbnails only for a specific webpage. To do this, add an empty thumbnail DataObject to a PageMap to the page, like this:

Thumbnails will continue to appear for other pages, but will not appear for pages with PageMaps containing this empty thumbnail DataObject.
