Your Programmable Search Engine can be customized to prefer search results from a particular country or region. Results from other countries or regions may still appear with lower ranking. You can also customize your search engine to exclusively return results from the selected country or region, filtering out all other results.
Customize by country or region
- From the list of search engines, select the search engine you want to edit, which will open its Overview page.
- On the search engine's Overview page, scroll down to Search features.
- In the Region section, select your desired country or region from the drop down list.
- (Optional) If you want to restrict search results exclusively to the selected region, toggle On or Off to enable or disable Region-restricted results.
