The address has been updated on my website in the footer and on the contact page: www.understandingself.me.

Thank you! My office number within the suite is #2. I'll add a photo of that to the document. Where should I send or attach the documentation with proof? I have them in PDF documents.

I do have a permanent entrance to my specific office within the suite. I have now added a video to the document showing the signage outside my office. If you need one showing me walk in from the outside, I can get that for you tomorrow. The video I had sent to google had to be taken within the verification platform, so I cannot send that one.

Sorry about that! I've added the case IDs to the top of the document (I've tried addressing this 3 times, which is why there are 3 case IDs).

I was verified at my previous location, but when I moved locations I couldn't get the address verified. Video was the only option for the new location. The verification method was previously the postcard in the mail.

Offices in the suite are leased to other businesses by one office manager. That office manager also rents out a co-working space across the hall (in a different suite).

Services are provided either through video or at the address on my business profile. I do not go to their location.

Your first link didn't work. I am able to see the status of my verification. I'm currently unverified.

I have already completed the contact form and got an email response saying that they aren't sure of the problem and it gives me suggested solutions from the help section.

Is there any way to get in touch with an actual person?

I have no more options to verify my business location (already tried the video verification) and I'm stuck in a loop with the automated response. Can anyone help?
