It works!

Setup from my phone (Pixel Fold - Android 14 Latest Beta) only took about ~5 minutes to setup since it didn't force me to update my watch

However, I had to skip the Fitbit setup since I got a message saying Fitbit servers are under maintenance. I can sort this part out tomorrow, I'm not worried about it

Everything else aside from Fitbit is working fine!

Using my family's Pixel 6 to set up my watch worked!

Now I just need to double check it's on the latest update then reset the watch and set it up again with my own phone and accounts/settings


I don't want to speak too soon and get my hopes up but so far I've had the most progress

I'm using one of my family's Pixel 6 (Android 13) phone to set up and to at least update my watch so I can set it up again with my own phone later

It's been ~10 minutes and the progress is at ~60% now :D

All my previous attempts of setting the watch up was done with my own phone, Pixel Fold (Android 14 latest beta version)

I'll keep you updated if the setup has been successful or not



I'm not sure if related but apparently Fitbit has network issues for past 2-3 hours (In the UK at least)

I'd assume my updates would come from Google but then again Pixel Watches are built with Fitbit in mind, so maybe this update issue is related?
I tried the steps you mentioned, I left it for about ~70 minutes and the progress was at 0%
