This is an issue with the payment processor, not with your device. Please contact the vendor's support line for a resolution.

Hi there. In order to set the bottom row as an editable area of the screen, you would first need to disable Suggestions (Settings > Apps > Default apps > gear icon next to Home app > Suggestions, set the toggle next to Suggestions on Home screen to the off position). Once that is done, you can then remove an icon from the bottom row, then drag and drop any icon you wish to the bottom row.

Hi there. It sounds like you may have enabled a work profile on your device. This would explain why some apps may be duplicated (work apps will have a briefcase icon on the bottom left). If you would simply like to remove the shortcut, tap and hold the icon, then drag the icon to the top where is says REMOVE. If you would like to remove the duplicate app completely, you would need to remove the work profile.

There are many options to add an email account to the Gmail app on your phone. However, the steps should be provided by your email provider.
IMAP settings are provided by the mail service. You will need to contact Talktalk.

Download the Google One app to see if the offer is available to any of your accounts. The Google One app is also where you choose which account to activate the promotion.

You may need to contact your carrier and inform them of the issue your facing. They may have suspended your account if you have attempted multiple eSIM downloads.
Does the device show up in your Google Account? Look through this support article to remove the device from your account.

Did you previously have an S22? If so, are you still signed into it with the same Google Account that you're signed into on your Pixel? Remove your account from the S22 and that should disconnect your Google Account from the S22.
Gemini is NOT an operating system. Gemini is an AI chatbot. Android is the operating system that hosts Gemini.

Those links literally provide you ALL the details about the promotion and what DISQUALIFIES you from receiving the promotion. If you DO NOT meet the qualifications as listed in those links, then you DO NOT RECEIVE the promotion.

Chromecast devices have been discontinued. The Chromecast protocol (also known as Google Cast or simply Cast) is still used.

What is the model of your TV?
You can only cast with the Pixel using the Chromecast or DIAL protocols. If you are attempting to cast to a device that does not have a Chromecast built-in or connected, you will not be able to cast or mirror from the Pixel to that device.

If you have a smart TV, certain apps, like Netflix and YouTube, can cast via DIAL if they are installed on both the TV and your Pixel. You will need to launch the app on your Pixel, then cast from the app. However, DIAL is really just an app remote control.

If you're a Google Workspace user, Gemini must be purchased and activated by your Google Workspace administrator. If you continue to have issues with Gemini, you should contact your Google Workspace administrator or Google Workspace support through the admin console.

Please review all the fine details of the promotional offer in the footnotes located at https://store.google.com/intl/en/ideas/articles/gemini-advanced-features/, specifically footnote number 2.

Also, please read the full T&C of the Google One subscription at https://one.google.com/offer/terms-and-conditions/pixel9pro&profold
It was a team effort to find all the details and clarify things for you. Scott C37 was very instrumental in looking through all the details on the Amazon product page
The footnotes of the product page on Amazon state the device must be purchased from store.google.com.

Unfortunately, Amazon is an open marketplace where anyone can sell anything under any name they choose. One must be wary when purchasing devices on Amazon. There are many imposter stores stating they are official stores and make their Amazon storefront look exactly like official store fronts. One option may be to return the device and report the seller to Amazon, though that would not help in being able to redeem the promotional offer.
Is your Google One subscription through a third party? If so, that would disqualify you from the offer. If not, open the Google One app (download it if it is not installed). That should being you to a pre-authorized offer.
The Pixel 9 Pro XL is still a Pixel 9 Pro. The device is not what is excluding you from the promotion. Did you look at the entirety of the footnotes to see if there is any criteria that would exclude you from the promotion?

When setting up your new Pixel, you will be prompted to choose what you would like to transfer from your old Pixel's local storage to your new Pixel. Simply select the data you would like to have transferred during that phase of the setup process.

Your issues with Facebook have nothing to do with Google Pixel devices.
Launch the Settings app and search for fingerprint in the search bar.
You will need to contact Charter and ask them for their POP or IMAP settings.

That gradient is by design with the Pixel Launcher and cannot be disabled unless you use a third-party launcher.

This is likely due to your school's Google Workspace administrator not enabling all of the settings which would allow the Pixel Watch to sync with a Google Workspace account.

You should contact the school's IT department for a resolution.

This is a question you would have to ask the administrator of your HSA, not a technical support forum.

What do you mean return Google Assistant to its proper place? You'll need to clarify your request.

Hi Vishwa - As K alluded to, the slot numbers don't mean anything, they're just numbers. If you want to set your eSIM as the primary SIM for calls, data, and text messages, then follow the instructions here.
I'm assuming you made your purchase from the Google Store since you're posting your inquiry here. Unfortunately, this is a user-moderated forum and we have no insights into any purchase related matters. You should contact Google Store Support.

Charge however much you need. Charging your battery from 40% to 60% doesn't count as a battery cycle, it counts as a partial battery cycle. A charge from 0%-100% once or five charges of 20% each time, they both equal one battery cycle.

You can do this in one of two ways:

1 - In Quick Tiles, go to Internet, then toggle your SIM off. This will completely disable your SIM.
2 - Go to Settings > Network & internet > SIMs, tap your SIM, then toggle off Mobile data.

Hi Mary,

This error appears when there is a problem with the DNS records when a device looks up an address. The error can lie in your device, your router, or even the websites you're attempting to access.

Do the URLs work on other devices? Have you tried rebooting your device or your router?
Hi Leo,

I'm assuming you set up the repair through the Google Store? You should contact Google Store Support immediately with screenshots of the tracking report, any communications you have made with UPS, and your case ID.

If you purchased it from the Google Store, you can contact the support team here. If you purchased it elsewhere, you will need to contact the customer support or finance team of the retailer.
Hi Blanche,

This forum does not support any issues with device rooting. I would recommend going to the XDA forums. There are lots of helpful rooters there who would be more than happy to guide you through resolving your issue.

VPN by Google One is being replaced by VPN by Google on Pixel 7 devices and later. It IS NOT called Pixel VPN.

It will be a built-in VPN named VPN by Google after you have installed the June update.

If you want further information, read the linked article.

You can find information about the built in VPN here
Are you saying you forgot the password to your email account? If you know the password, just go to gmail.com in a browser on a computer, enter your password, then when it asks you for 2-factor authentication, click the Try another way button, then select Backup code. That's where you enter one of the temporary security codes.

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to click the Forgot password link at the login screen. For further assistance with accessing your Gmail account, post your question in the Google Account Community.

Unfortunately, system icons cannot be changed without rooting.
That is not the interface for a Pixel device's settings. Are you sure you have a Pixel? Are you using a third-party ringtone manager? Did you follow the steps to get to the page in my previous response?
