This detailed manual provides important safety, regulatory, and warranty information that you should read before using your Google Pixel Buds and their charging case (“Google Pixel Buds”).

Basic safety

WARNING: HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION

To avoid damaging your Google Pixel Buds, accessories or any connected devices, and to reduce the risk of personal injury, discomfort, property damage or other potential hazards, follow the precautions below and those found in the Google Pixel Buds Safety, Warranty & Regulatory Manual at g.co/pixelbuds/SafetyInfo and in the Assistant app at Settings > Devices > Pixel Buds > Safety, Warranty & Regulatory Information.

Handling

Handle your Google Pixel Buds with care. You may damage the devices or the batteries if you disassemble, drop, bend, burn, crush or puncture them. Using a damaged device may cause battery overheating or injury. Don’t expose your Google Pixel Buds charging case to liquids, which can cause a short circuit and overheating. If your Google Pixel Buds or the charging case get wet, do not attempt to dry them using an external heat source. Google Pixel Buds are designed to work best in ambient temperatures between 32° to 95° F (0° and 35° C), and should be stored between ambient temperatures of -4° and 113° F (-20° and 45° C). Do not expose the Google Pixel Buds to temperatures above 113° F (45° C) as this may damage the product, overheat the battery, or pose a risk of fire. The cord between the two earbuds conducts power and audio signals so do not cut it.

Charging

Remove the protective film from the earbuds before charging. Be sure your power adapter, the charging cable, and the charging case are well ventilated when in use or charging. Using damaged cables, power adapters or a damaged charging case, or charging when moisture is present, can cause fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to your Google Pixel Buds or other property. When charging your Google Pixel Buds, make sure the power adapter is plugged into a socket near your Google Pixel Buds and is easily accessible. Avoid charging the device in direct sunlight. This product is intended for use with a certified Limited Power Source (LPS) per IEC 60950-1 rated: 5 Volts DC, maximum 3 Amp; 9 Volts DC, maximum 2 Amp; or both. Only charge your Google Pixel Buds with the included cable, or compatible charging accessories. Failure to use compatible charging accessories can cause fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to the device and the accessories. Compatible charging accessories are available on the Google Store and at Google authorized resellers (look for Google’s “made for” badge).

Hearing Loss

Prolonged exposure to loud sounds (including music) can cause hearing loss. To prevent possible hearing damage, avoid listening at high volume for prolonged periods of time. Continued exposure to high volumes and background noise can make loud sounds seem quieter than they actually are. Check the volume before using your Google Pixel Buds.

Navigation

Google Pixel Buds can access mapping and navigation services. These services may depend on a working data connection and location services; they may not be available at all times. When you use Google Pixel Buds for navigation, you may find that actual conditions differ from the map, data, traffic, directions, content and other results, so exercise your independent judgment and use navigation at your own risk. You’re responsible at all times for your conduct and its consequences. Please carefully review directions, use common sense and follow all applicable traffic laws and signs.

Distraction

Using Google Pixel Buds when performing certain activities can distract you and may cause a dangerous situation for you or others. To reduce the risk of accidents (and because it’s prohibited by law in many places), do not use Google Pixel Buds while driving or operating machinery, and do not use it while engaging in any activities that have potentially serious consequences. Follow local laws about using mobile devices and headphones.

Medical Device Interference

The Google Pixel Buds and the charging case both contain magnets and radios that emit electromagnetic fields and could interfere with pacemakers or other electronic medical devices.
If you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, contact your physician or medical device manufacturer before using Google Pixel Buds and their charging case: 1) to make sure it’s okay to use Google Pixel Buds and the charging case, and 2) to discuss the required minimum safe distance between magnets and your medical device. If you suspect your Google Pixel Buds or their charging case are interfering with your pacemaker or other implanted medical device(s), stop using your Google Pixel Buds and consult your physician for information specific to your medical device.

Battery

Google Pixel Buds and the charging case contain lithium-ion batteries which are a sensitive components that can cause injury if damaged. Do not attempt to remove the batteries. Contact Google or a Google authorized service provider to replace the batteries. Replacement by non-qualified professionals can damage your device. Use of an unqualified battery may present a risk of fire, explosion, leakage, or other hazard. Dispose of your Google Pixel Buds, the charging case, the batteries, and accessories according to local environmental regulations. Do not dispose of them in normal household waste. Prolonged Heat Exposure

The Google Pixel Buds and the charging case generate heat during normal operation and comply with applicable surface temperature standards and limits. Avoid prolonged, direct or indirect skin contact when the device is charging because exposing skin to warm surfaces for a long period of time may cause discomfort or injury. Do not sleep on the Google Pixel Buds or the charging case, or cover them with a blanket or pillow. Be aware of this issue if you have a physical condition that affects your ability to detect heat against your skin. Use extra care when charging, as your device may generate additional heat.

Skin Irritation

The contacts in the charging case contain nickel and those contacts come in contact with the earbuds. There is also a small amount of stainless steel on a portion of the earbud that comes in contact with the ear. Stainless steel contains nickel. Some people may experience reactions to materials found in wearable items that are in extended contact with the skin. This can be due to allergies, the presence of skin irritants (like soap or sweat), or other causes. Keep your Google Pixel Buds clean and dry. Stop using Google Pixel Buds and consult a physician if you experience irritation.

Radio Frequency Interference

Observe rules that prohibit the use of wireless technology. Although Google Pixel Buds are designed to comply with regulations governing radio frequency emissions, such emissions can negatively affect other electronic equipment. For example, while flying in an aircraft or immediately before boarding, use your Google PIxel Buds only according to instructions provided by the airline. Use of a wireless device in an aircraft may disrupt wireless networks, present a hazard to aircraft operation, or be illegal. Put the Google PIxel Buds in the charging case and close the case to turn off the Bluetooth® transmitter or disconnect them from your phone by turning off Bluetooth.

Explosive Atmospheres

Do not charge, use, store, or transport your Google Pixel Buds where flammables or explosives are stored (in gas stations, fuel depots, or chemical plants, for example). Do not use Google PIxel Buds where blasting operations are in progress, or in potentially explosive atmospheres such as in areas where the air contains high levels of flammable chemicals, vapors, or particles (such as grain, dust, or metal powders). Sparks in such areas could cause an explosion or fire resulting in bodily injury or even death. Observe all notices and signs where these hazards might be present.

Emergency Communications

Google PIxel Buds operates using radio signals and may not establish or maintain a connection in all conditions. Wireless devices may not be reliable for emergency communications. While some jurisdictions transmit emergency information over wireless networks, your companion phone and your Google PIxel Buds may not always receive these communications depending upon network connectivity.

Age Limitation

Google Pixel Buds should not be used by children under the age of 13.

Proper Handling and Usage

Follow these guidelines when using, storing, or cleaning your Google Pixel Buds:

Operating Temperature

Do not use or charge the Google Pixel Buds or the charging case at ambient temperatures lower than 0°C (32°F) or higher than 35°C (95°F). Below 16°C (61°F) you may experienced slower charging rates. If the interior temperature of either device exceeds (or drops below) normal operating temperatures, you may experience the following behaviors while the device tries to regulate its temperature: reduced performance and connectivity, inability to charge, or display or device power down. You may not be able to use the device while it regulates its temperature. Move the device to a cooler (or warmer) location and wait a few minutes before attempting to use it again.

Care & Cleaning

Use a clean, soft, and dry cloth to gently clean the Google PIxel Buds and the charging case including the charging contacts. Do not use any chemical detergent, powder, or other chemical agents (such as alcohol or benzene) to clean Google PIxel Buds or the charging case. Don’t clean Google PIxel Buds or the charging case while they are charging.

Materials

Google Pixel Buds are made from plastics, polymers and stainless steel. The charging pin contacts are gold plated copper alloy. The pockets within the charging case which hold the earbuds may be made from a material which contains brominated flame retardants.

Magnetic Fields

Avoid placing any media containing magnets or sensitive to magnetism, such as credit cards, bank cards, audio/video, tapes, or magnetic memory devices, near this product or its charging cable, because you may lose information stored on those media. Media containing information sensitive to magnets should be kept at least 2 inches (5 cm) away from Google Pixels Buds and the charging case.

FCC regulatory compliance

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. Important: This device, charging case, and power adapter have demonstrated Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) compliance under conditions that included the use of compliant peripheral devices and shielded cables between system components. It is important that you use compliant peripheral devices and shielded cables between system components to reduce the possibility of causing interference to radios, televisions, and other electronic devices.

Changes or modifications to this product not authorized by Google could void the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and wireless compliance and negate your authority to operate the product.

Radio Frequency Exposure

This device meets the U.S. Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) requirements for exposure to radio waves and is designed and manufactured not to exceed the FCC's emission limits for exposure to radiofrequency (RF) energy. To comply with FCC RF exposure compliance requirements, this device must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.

ISED Compliance Statement

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) & Batteries Directive

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires that all Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE), including your phone and its accessories, must be marked with the symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin. This symbol means that the equipment must not be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste. Disposing of WEEE together with normal waste may pose a risk to the environment and to human health, due to certain substances used in EEE and their batteries.

Under the WEEE Directive, each EU Member State is responsible for achieving a high level of collection of WEEE for treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal. Before tossing your device, think a minute about how to reduce the amount of WEEE you create. You could, for example, reuse it, recover it, or turn it into artwork. By simply extending the life of your device, you will have reduced waste and helped the EU achieve its objectives.

The success of this EU policy will depend on your active contribution in returning your WEEE to the appropriate facilities dedicated to the disposal of such waste. You should contact your local authority or your retailer for details about the return and collection points available.

Google Pixel Buds Hardware Limited Warranty | USA/CANADA

This Limited Warranty applies only if you purchased your Google Pixel Buds in the United States or Canada.

What does this warranty cover and how long does it last? Google warrants that new Google Pixel Buds (including any ancillary parts that may be packaged with it) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with Google’s published user documentation for one year from the date of original retail purchase in its original packaging by you. If Google Pixel Buds have been refurbished, Google warrants that the Google Pixel Buds (including any ancillary parts that may be packaged with it) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with Google’s published user documentation for ninety days from the original date of retail purchase by you (these warranties are collectively referred to as our “Limited Warranty”).

What will Google do? (THIS IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY) If a defect covered by this Limited Warranty arises and you return your Google Pixel Buds during the Limited Warranty period (which is one year for new devices and ninety days for refurbished devices), Google will in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law repair your Google Pixel Buds using new or refurbished parts, replace your Google Pixel Buds with new or refurbished Google Pixel Buds functionally at least equivalent to yours, or accept the return of your Google Pixel Buds in exchange for a refund of the purchase price you paid for your Google Pixel Buds. If Google repairs or replaces your Google Pixel Buds, the repaired or replaced Google Pixel Buds will continue to be warranted for the remaining time of the original warranty period. All returned parts for which you have received a replacement will become the property of Google. Repair or replacement may result in loss of data. Nothing in this Limited Warranty will reduce or otherwise affect your statutory rights in relation to your Google Pixel Buds.

THE LIMITED WARRANTY WRITTEN ABOVE IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY GOOGLE PROVIDES FOR YOUR GOOGLE PIXEL BUDS, AND THE ABOVE REMEDY IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY. What does this warranty not cover? This Limited Warranty is only valid and enforceable in locations where Google Pixel Buds are sold and will apply only if you purchased your Google Pixel Buds from Google or its authorized resellers. This Limited Warranty only applies to hardware components (and not any software elements) of Google Pixel Buds, and this Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by: (1) normal wear and tear; (2) accidents; (3) misuse (including failure to follow product documentation); (4) neglect; (5) disassembly; (6) alterations; (7) servicing other than by Google authorized technicians; and (8) external causes such as, but not limited to, water damage, exposure to sharp objects, exposure to excessive force, anomalies in the electrical current supplied to the device, and extreme thermal or environmental conditions. This Limited Warranty does not guarantee that use of the Google Pixel Buds will be uninterrupted or error free.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE GOOGLE PARTIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR GOOGLE PIXEL BUDS OR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID GOOGLE FOR YOUR GOOGLE PIXEL BUDS.
Some states, provinces or territories do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

How do you make a claim? To make a claim under the Limited Warranty, please contact Google Pixel Buds Support at g.co/pixelbuds/contactus. You must provide your name, contact information and the serial number of your Google Pixel Buds to receive support. You may also be required to provide a purchase receipt.

Other limitations: No vendor, seller, authorized reseller, employee or representative of Google or its affiliates or any third party is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this Limited Warranty. If any term of this Limited Warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining terms of this Limited Warranty will remain in full force and effect.

How state, province, territory, and other laws apply to you: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
This Limited Warranty is given by Google LLC, organized in the State of Delaware, whose principal place of business is at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States.

Google Pixel Buds Hardware Limited Warranty | EEA

This Limited Warranty applies only if you purchased your Google Pixel Buds in the EEA or Switzerland, except if otherwise noted in a country-specific section below.

The Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by statutory warranty law. Those statutory warranty rights are not restricted by this Limited Warranty. As such, the Limited Warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, your statutory rights. If the Google Pixel Buds are defective you may have statutory rights, in particular for the repair or replacement of the defective Google Pixel Buds, or alternatively, in some cases, a price reduction or the right to cancel the contract and make a claim for damages
or expenses.

What does this warranty cover and how long does it last? Google warrants that the Google Pixel Buds will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use as described in the published product documentation for two years from the date of original purchase by you anywhere in the EEA or Switzerland (‘Limited Warranty’).

What is not covered by this warranty? This Limited Warranty is only valid and enforceable in the EEA and Switzerland and will only apply if you have purchased your Google Pixel Buds from Google or its authorised resellers in the EEA or Switzerland. This Limited Warranty can be redeemed anywhere in the EEA and Switzerland. This Limited Warranty only applies to hardware components (and not to any software elements) of the Google Pixel Buds and does not apply to damage caused by: (1) normal wear and tear; (2) accidents; (3) misuse (including failure to follow published product documentation); (4) neglect; (5) disassembly; (6) alterations and (7) external causes such as, but not limited to, water damage, exposure to sharp objects, exposure to excessive force, anomalies in the electrical current supplied to the device and extreme thermal or environmental conditions. If a defect covered by this Limited Warranty arises and you return your Google Pixel Buds during the two-year Limited Warranty period, Google will replace your Google Pixel Buds with new or refurbished Google Pixel Buds functionally at least equivalent to yours. If Google replaces the Google Pixel Buds, the replaced Google Pixel Buds will continue to be warranted for the remaining time of the original warranty period. All returned parts for which you have received a replacement will become the property of Google. Nothing in this Limited Warranty will reduce or otherwise affect your statutory rights in relation to the Google Pixel Buds.

We’ll need your name, contact information and the serial number on your Google Pixel Buds. You will need to provide proof of purchase to initiate the warranty claim. Other limitations: No employee or representative of Google or its affiliates or any third party is authorised to make any modification, extension or addition to this Limited Warranty. If any term of this Limited Warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining terms of this Limited Warranty will remain in full force and effect.

This warranty applies if you purchased your Google Pixel Buds (all referred to as a “Google Pixel Buds”) in Australia or New Zealand.

If you purchased your Google Pixel Buds in Australia, the following applies to your
Google Pixel Buds:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. In addition to all applicable guarantees, Google offers this Limited Warranty.

If you purchased your Google Pixel Buds in New Zealand, the following applies to your device:
If you are entitled to the benefit of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law. Where these guarantees operate and the problem with Google Pixel Buds cannot be fixed or is of “substantial character” within the meaning of the CGA, then you are entitled to a replacement or refund or compensation for any drop in the value of the product. In addition to these remedies you may claim for any reasonably foreseeable loss (other than loss or damage through reduction of value of the goods) that results from the initial problem. If the problem with your Google Pixel Buds can be fixed, then you may either be entitled to have your Google Pixel Buds repaired or replaced or, in certain circumstances, the purchases price of your Google Pixel Buds refunded. In addition to any applicable guarantees, Google offers this Limited Warranty.

Google warrants that the Google Pixel Buds will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use as described in the user guide for one year from the date of original purchase by you anywhere in Australia or New Zealand (“Limited Warranty”).

This Limited Warranty is only valid and enforceable in Australia and New Zealand and will apply only if you have purchased your Google Pixel Buds from Google or its authorised resellers. This Limited Warranty only applies to hardware components (and not to any software elements) of the Google Pixel Buds and does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse (including failure to follow product documentation), neglect, disassembly, alterations and external causes, such as, but not limited to, water damage, exposure to sharp objects, exposure to excessive force, anomalies in the electrical current supplied to the device and extreme thermal or environmental conditions. This Limited Warranty does not guarantee that use of the Google Pixel Buds will be uninterrupted or error-free.

WARRANTY REMEDY FOR AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND
If a defect arises and you return your Google Pixel Buds during the one-year Limited Warranty period, Google will replace your Google Pixel Buds with new or refurbished Google Pixel Buds functionally at least equivalent to yours. If Google replaces the Google Pixel Buds, the replaced Google Pixel Buds will continue to be warranted for the remaining time of the original warranty period. All returned parts for which you have received a replacement will become the property of Google. Nothing in this Limited Warranty will reduce or otherwise affect your statutory rights in relation to the Google Pixel Buds.

We will need your name, contact information and the serial number of your Google Pixel Buds. You will need to provide a purchase receipt. No employee or representative of Google or its affiliates or any third party is authorised to make any modification, extension or addition to this Limited Warranty. Manipulación

Remove the protective film from the earbuds before charging. Manipule los Google Pixel Buds con cuidado. Carga

Exposición prolongada a una fuente de calor

Los Google Pixel Buds y la funda de carga generan calor en condiciones de funcionamiento normal y cumplen los límites y estándares sobre temperatura de superficie aplicables. Irritación de la piel

Los conectores de la funda de carga contienen níquel y entran en contacto con los auriculares. Interferencia en la radiofrecuencia

Manipulación y uso correctos

Temperatura de funcionamiento

No utilices ni cargues los Google Pixel Buds o la funda de carga en entornos en los que la temperatura ambiente sea inferior a 0 °C o superior a 35 °C. Con temperaturas inferiores a 16 °C la velocidad de carga podría disminuir. Si la temperatura interna de uno de los dispositivos es superior o inferior a las temperaturas de funcionamiento normales, podrías experimentar los siguientes comportamientos mientras el dispositivo intenta regular su temperatura: menor rendimiento y conectividad, imposibilidad de efectuar la carga o pantalla o dispositivo apagados. El dispositivo podría dejar de estar operativo mientras regula su temperatura. Llévalo a un lugar más fresco (o más cálido) y espera algunos minutos antes de intentar usarlo de nuevo.

Cuidado y limpieza

Utiliza un paño limpio, suave y seco para limpiar los Google Pixel Buds y la funda de carga, incluidos los conectores de carga. No utilices ningún tipo de limpiador, detergente o cualquier otro agente químico (como alcohol o benceno) para limpiar los Google Pixel Buds o la funda de carga. Materiales

¿Qué hará Google? (ESTE ES SÚ ÚNICO RECURSO) Si surge algún defecto cubierto por esta Garantía limitada y usted devuelve los Google Pixel Buds durante el período de la Garantía Limitada (que es de un año para dispositivos nuevos y noventa días para dispositivos reacondicionados), quedará a total discreción de Google, en la medida en que la ley lo permita, reparar los Google Pixel Buds con partes nuevas o reacondicionadas; reemplazar los Google Pixel Buds con otros Google Pixel Buds nuevos o reacondicionados cuyo funcionamiento sea, por lo menos, equivalente a los suyos, o aceptar la devolución de los Google Pixel Buds a cambio de un reembolso por el precio de compra que pagó por los Google Pixel Buds. Si Google repara o reemplaza los Google Pixel Buds, los Google Pixel Buds reparados o reemplazados continuarán en garantía durante el tiempo restante del período de garantía original. Todas las piezas devueltas por las que haya recibido un reemplazo pasarán a ser propiedad de Google. Es posible que la reparación o el reemplazo provoquen la pérdida de datos. Esta Garantía limitada no reduce ni afecta sus derechos legales en relación con los Google Pixel Buds.
LA GARANTÍA LIMITADA DESCRITA ANTERIORMENTE ES LA ÚNICA GARANTÍA EXPLÍCITA QUE GOOGLE PROPORCIONA PARA LOS GOOGLE PIXEL BUDS Y LA SOLUCIÓN ANTERIOR ES SU ÚNICO RECURSO. EN LA MEDIDA EN QUE LA LEY APLICABLE LO PERMITA, GOOGLE RECHAZA EXPLÍCITAMENTE TODAS LAS DEMÁS GARANTÍAS Y CONDICIONES DE CUALQUIER TIPO, YA SEAN LEGALES O IMPLÍCITAS, QUE SURJAN DEL CURSO DE CONDUCTA O ALGÚN OTRO MODO CON RESPECTO A LOS GOOGLE PIXEL BUDS, EXCEPTO QUE ALGUNA GARANTÍA IMPLÍCITA DE COMERCIABILIDAD, ADECUACIÓN PARA UN PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR Y NO INCUMPLIMIENTO ESTÉ LIMITADA A LA DURACIÓN DEL PERÍODO DE LA GARANTÍA EXPLÍCITA DESCRITA ANTERIORMENTE (YA SEA UN AÑO O NOVENTA DÍAS, SEGÚN SE TRATE DE GOOGLE PIXEL BUDS NUEVOS O REACONDICIONADOS).

Algunos estados, provincias o territorios no permiten limitaciones a la duración de una garantía implícita, por lo que es posible la limitación anterior no se aplique en su caso.

¿Qué no cubre esta garantía? Esta Garantía limitada es válida y aplicable únicamente en las ubicaciones donde se venden los Google Pixel Buds y se aplica sólo si compró los Google Pixel Buds a Google o sus distribuidores autorizados. Esta Garantía limitada sólo se aplica a los componentes de hardware (y excluye cualquier elemento de software) de los Google Pixel Buds, y esta Garantía limitada no se aplica a los daños provocados en los siguientes casos: (1) desgaste y uso normal, (2) accidentes; (3) uso inadecuado (incluido el incumplimiento de la documentación del producto), (4) negligencia, (5) desarmado, (6) alteraciones, (7) tareas de mantenimiento que realicen técnicos no autorizados por Google y (8) causas externas que pueden incluir, pero sin limitarse a ello, daños por agua, contacto con objetos filosos, exposición a fuerza excesiva, anomalías en el suministro de corriente eléctrica de los dispositivos y condiciones térmicas o ambientales extremas. Esta Garantía limitada no garantiza que el uso de los Google Pixel Buds no tendrá errores o interrupciones.

USTED ASUME EXPRESAMENTE QUE, EN LA MEDIDA EN QUE LA LEY APLICABLE LO PERMITA, GOOGLE Y SUS EMPRESAS SUBSIDIARIAS Y AFILIADOS (EN CONJUNTO, “LAS PARTES DE GOOGLE”) NO SERÁN RESPONSABLES FRENTE A USTED BAJO NINGUNA TEORÍA DE RESPONSABILIDAD (YA SEA POR CONTRATO, CULPA [INCLUIDA LA NEGLIGENCIA], INCUMPLIMIENTO DE ALGUNA GARANTÍA O INCAPACIDAD DE CUMPLIRLA, O ALGUNA OTRA FORMA) DE NINGÚN DAÑO INDIRECTO, FORTUITO, ESPECIAL, DERIVADO O EJEMPLAR QUE PUEDA SUFRIR EN RELACIÓN CON LOS GOOGLE PIXEL BUDS O ESTAS CONDICIONES, INCLUIDA LA PÉRDIDA DE DATOS, INDEPENDIENTEMENTE DE QUE UNA PARTE DE GOOGLE O SUS REPRESENTANTES HAYA SIDO NOTIFICADA O HAYA TOMADO CONOCIMIENTO DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE QUE SURJAN TALES PÉRDIDAS. TAMBIÉN ASUME EXPRESAMENTE QUE, EN LA MEDIDA EN QUE LA LEY LO PERMITA, LA RESPONSABILIDAD TOTAL DE LAS PARTES DE GOOGLE EN RELACIÓN CON LOS GOOGLE PIXEL BUDS O ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA NO SUPERARÁ EL IMPORTE REAL QUE USTED PAGÓ POR LOS GOOGLE PIXEL BUDS.

Algunos estados, provincias o territorios no admiten la exclusión o limitación de los daños imprevistos o resultantes. Por lo tanto, es posible que la limitación o exclusión actual no se aplique en su caso.

¿Cuál es el procedimiento para realizar un reclamo? Para realizar un reclamo en virtud de la Garantía Limitada, comuníquese con el equipo de Asistencia de Google Pixel Buds en g.co/pixelbuds/contactus. Debe proporcionar su nombre, información de contacto y el número de serie de los Google Pixel Buds para recibir asistencia. Es posible que también deba proporcionar un recibo de compra.

Otras limitaciones: Ningún empleado, tercero ni representante de Google o de sus afiliados está autorizado a realizar modificaciones, extensiones ni adiciones en esta Garantía Limitada. Si alguna de las condiciones de esta Garantía Limitada se declara ilegal o inaplicable, las condiciones restantes incluidas en ella permanecerán plenamente en vigor y con fuerza legal.

¿Cómo se aplican a usted las leyes estatales y otras leyes?: Esta garantía le otorga derechos legales específicos, y es posible que usted disponga de otros derechos que varían según la jurisdicción.
