Consumers based in the EEA are entitled by law to withdraw from their Google Store orders without giving any reason. For more information and to withdraw from your devices or subscriptions order, please select the appropriate option below.
DevicesThe withdrawal period for device purchases expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party (other than the carrier) approved by you acquires, physical possession of the device (or of the last device where your order relates to multiple devices).
To withdraw from your device purchase within this period:
- Go to your Order history and find the order(s) you want to cancel or return. If you are still within the withdrawal period (or any more generous return policy provided by Google) then you will see the option to start a return. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet then you can view your order details in order to cancel shipment.
- Alternatively, you can complete a Model Withdrawal Form.

The withdrawal period for subscriptions expires 14 days after you purchase the subscription services.
To withdraw from your subscription purchase within this period:
- Go to your Subscription Management page and find the subscription(s) you want to withdraw from. If you are still within the withdrawal period (or any more generous cancellation policy provided by Google) then you will see the option to cancel your subscription.
- Alternatively, complete a Model Withdrawal Form.
