Cancel Pixel Pass for a refund

You can cancel your Pixel Pass subscription for a refund within 15 calendar days after the day you receive your Pixel phone.

You’ll have the option to return or keep your Pixel phone when you cancel:

  • If you decide to keep your Pixel phone, we’ll refund the payment method you used to subscribe to Pixel Pass for the full value of your device protection, along with the most recent charge for Google services included in Pixel Pass when we receive your phone. Your Google Store Financing account will be charged a one-time price adjustment, which is prorated based on the discount you received by getting your phone as part of your Pixel Pass subscription and how long you’ve been subscribed. The Pixel phone is yours to keep.
     
  • If you decide to return your Pixel phone, we’ll refund the payment method you used to subscribe to Pixel Pass for the full cost paid for your Pixel phone and device protection plan, along with the most recent charge for Google services included in Pixel Pass when we receive your phone.

We don’t charge a restocking fee when you return a Pixel phone included in Pixel Pass.

Cancel your Pixel Pass subscription

If you change your mind more than 15 calendar days after you’ve received your Pixel phone, you can still cancel Pixel Pass at any time in your Google Store account on the Google Store Subscriptions page.

When you cancel your Pixel Pass subscription, your Google Store Financing account will be charged a one-time price adjustment, which will be prorated based on the discount you received by getting your phone as part of your Pixel Pass subscription and how long you’ve been subscribed. Your Pixel phone is yours to keep.

When you cancel you will have access to the Google services included in Pixel Pass until your billing cycle ends, after which you will lose access. You will no longer be billed for these services after the current billing cycle ends. You are free to resubscribe to these services separately as you wish.

If the Preferred Care plan included in your Pixel Pass subscription is still active, the plan will also end, and we will refund any outstanding value for the plan to your original payment method.

Google Fi

Cancel Pixel Pass for a refund

You can cancel your Pixel Pass subscription for a refund within 15 calendar days after the day you receive your Pixel phone.

You’ll have the option to return or keep your Pixel phone when you cancel:

  • If you decide to keep your Pixel phone, we’ll refund the payment method you used to subscribe to Pixel Pass for the full value of your device protection, along with the most recent charge for Google services included in Pixel Pass when we receive your phone. You will be charged the remaining amount owed on your phone at regular price. The Pixel phone is yours to keep.
     
  • If you decide to return your Pixel phone, once we’ve received the phone and verified it’s in good working condition, you’ll see a credit on your next Google Fi billing statement in the amount of the payment you’ve made so far. We’ll also refund the most recent charges for Google services included in Pixel Pass when we receive your phone.

We don’t charge a restocking fee when you return a Pixel phone included in Pixel Pass.

Cancel your Pixel Pass subscription

If you change your mind more than 15 calendar days after you’ve received your Pixel phone, you can still cancel Pixel Pass at any time on the Google Fi website.

When you cancel your Pixel Pass subscription, we charge the remaining amount owed on your phone at regular price on your next bill. Your Pixel phone is yours to keep.

When you cancel you will have access to the Google services included in Pixel Pass until your billing cycle ends, after which you will lose access. You will no longer be billed for these services after the current billing cycle ends. You are free to resubscribe to these services separately as you wish.

Your device protection coverage will also end after the current billing cycle, but you may choose to start paying separately for device protection after your Pixel Pass subscription ends.
