Pointy fees

  1. Fee. If you request Pointy hardware, a one-time fee may apply. Details about the fee will be provided to you before you sign up for Pointy.
  2. Trial period. If we provide services for a specific trial period and during the trial period you decide you no longer wish to receive the services, you may receive a refund of the fee paid. To receive a refund, you must cancel your account by notifying us in accordance with How to cancel your Pointy account before the end of the trial period.
  3. Refunds. If you are unable to activate the Pointy device or if we cancel your Pointy account because your Store is not Suitable for Pointy, we will refund the one-time fee paid by you. Fees paid for advertising through Pointy are non-refundable. To receive a refund, you must not be in breach of the Pointy Additional Terms of Service and you must recycle or return any Pointy hardware in your possession
