If the Pointy box in your store has been damaged please contact us at support@pointy.com with photos of the damaged Pointy box and indicate how the damage occurred, e.g. the Pointy box fell on the floor or the unit arrived faulty.
On receipt of the notification regarding the damaged Pointy box, we will investigate the incident internally and will follow up with you to discuss sending your store a replacement Pointy box.
If you have lost or misplaced your Pointy box and you need a replacement please contact us at support@pointy.com letting us know the box has been lost. We will then follow up with information about a replacement and remove the lost box from your Pointy account.
