Disconnecting your Square account

If you no longer want to use Pointy, you can disconnect your Square account at any time.

You can disconnect either from your Square account, or from your Pointy account. Both methods give the same result.

To disconnect from your Pointy dashboard, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Pointy account, and navigate to your shop dashboard.
  • Select Profile and then POS Integrations.
  • In the Square section, next to Connection Status, click Disable.
     

Your Square account is now disconnected from Pointy. Once done, please email support@pointy.com so we can delete your Pointy page.
