What if I have multiple locations in my Square account?

Removing locations from a multi-location account

When you install Pointy on your Square POS, we automatically create listings for every location in your POS. If you have multiple active store locations then we will create listings for each location. 

For the vast majority of retailers, this is the best setup. Listing all of your locations allows consumers to discover each of your stores individually, and gives you maximum exposure online.

In special circumstances, you may wish to remove one of your store locations. For example, if your Square account accidentally contains a duplicate location, or a location which is not yet open to the public, you can remove this from Pointy.

To remove a location, simply email our support team with the location you would like to remove, and we will do it for you.
