Uninstall apps or extensions on Pixel Slate

To remove an app or extension from your Pixel Slate, follow the steps below.

Uninstall an app

1. In laptop mode: In the corner of your screen, select the Launcher Up arrow
   In tablet mode: Go to your Home screen. To get there, tap the Launcher in the corner of your screen.
2. Right-click or long-press on the app that you want to remove.
3. Select Remove from Chrome.
4. Select Remove.

Uninstall an extension

1. Open Chrome.
2. Select More More tools Extensions.
3. Next to the extension that you want to remove, select Remove.
4. To confirm, select Remove.

Tip: To remove an extension that's a button on the browser toolbar, right-click or long-press the button and select Remove from Chrome.

Disable an extension

To temporarily stop using an extension:

1. Open Chrome.
2. Select More More tools Extensions.
3. To disable an extension, tap the toggle.
