Pixel 5 sound/volume issue

1. I noticed that the volume when playing a video keeps dropping randomly and I need to adjust it from time to time.

2. The default notification volume like taking a screen shot, and the dial tone can't be adjusted and they're too loud, even when putting the "Ring & notification volume" to the lowest setting.

Hi Pixel Community,

With each new Pixel phone we work to improve volumes to make sure customers don't miss important phone calls and notifications. On Pixel the settings for ringtones and notifications are tied together so these volume changes affect both of these settings. Thank you for your feedback about these settings and we will work to make improvements in future updates on Pixel 5.

Update: We appreciate all your feedback on the Pixel 5. We are releasing improvements to the notification sound levels next month.

Same problem with my media volume! Support made it out like it was just my issue and ran me through the motions of useless troubleshooting. They even had me take off my phone cover to make sure it wasn't that. 🙄 Then we tried turning off accessibility options (what?). Then we tried it in safe mode and the problem WORSENED. Then I did a factory reset and backup which resolved NOTHING. My Pixel 3 is still adjusting media volume itself at random and the volume controls popup randomly and block my apps. This all started after the last Security update on 11/15 and worsened today after their stupid support suggestions. I never had a problem before. This is definitely an obvious Google software issue and the fact that there are years of complaints about these issues online with no fix or acknowledgememt from Google makes me question whether my next device will be Google. Extremely disappointing support.
