Same problem here.... Network not Available.

Restarting didn't change it, neither did Safe Mode.

This happened to me once on Android 10 randomly but it went away by after about 5 minutes.

Ever since the install a couple hours ago -- no hotspot.

After clicking on the Hotspot icon, I receive the message "Network unavailable. Please try again later. [OK]" I have restarted my phone and tried with both wi-fi on and off.

I get a notification that pops up immediately. "Network unavailable. Please try again later.".  I have full cellular service coverage.  (Verizon).  I've only used .75 of 15gb allowance.  Worked fine yesterday. Upgraded to Android 11 and the problem showed up.

Hotspot not working . Shows no network ... Of course this happens when I need to use my hotspot. As always updates causing problems. Tried safe mode, hard reset with no success. Thanks Google 👍 I'm sure this update still changes my wallpaper when ever the fuck it wants. Great job.

same for me, the issue was also noted in the beta several months ago, i reverted back to android 10 and it worked fine, now that android 11 is official I had hoped they fixed this, but it looks like they didn't.....verizon reset my hotspot capability and network settings yesterday and it work for a few hours, then went back to being busted....

I think I found the best solution.
The problem is not with the update but more with windows 10.
Try resetting your network settings in windows 10, it worked great for me.
