Whatsapp/Messenger Calls get disconnected if switched to another app

Recently I have been experiencing that if I am on a Whatsapp voice call or messenger video call, if I minimize the call and start using another app such as Instagram or Facebook the call gets disconnected. The call gets connected if I move back to the call window. I am not able to use any other app when I am the call.

Those are issues with those specific apps. You need to reach out to their support on this

I am having the same issue. Anyone figure out how to resolve it. I just bought A20 and this start to happen.

Please check if battery savingmode option is enabled. If its enabled, data network will be disable if app is not in use.

I've been experiencing the same issue recently and your suggestion is a possible variable I hadn't thought of. I had put my phone on power saving mode a few days ago and I forgot to turn it off...that might be the issue!! Thank you!!

Go to settings - device care -Battery- put app to sleep as uncheck..
 It worked for  me
