Navigation issue

When in Facebook, when in Feed (wall), and only then (nowhere else on Facebook or sny other app), the Android navigation buttons become half clear, and at some areas, you cannot press a link etc, at the feed. It started about a week ago, and cant find any setting for that.
Help greatly appreciated

 If it's just happening across one or two apps, I think they might be causing this issue.

Try reinstalling the app and reboot the device

Settings>apps>see all apps> search pixel launcher clear cache. And reboot the device
