Getting constant alarm pop-ups when no alarm is active (eg: Say Stop/Snooze, etc.)

Hello,

On my Pixel 8 Pro, I am noticing this new issue where I keep getting constant alarm pop-ups that say things like:
Say "Stop" or Say "Snooze". This happens when No alarm is active on my phone and these pop-ups show over every text and app which is very annoying and intrusive.

Closing the pop-ups only delays the appearance of a new one within a few moments. Turning off all alarms did not remove this and restarting the phone did nothing.

Go to System >Gestures>Press and hold power button . Then change selection from "Digital Assistant" to "Power menu".

Then you can get rid off this issue.

Same here, 2 days ago on my Pixel 8, it's really annoying and takes over / makes typing or hitting the back key unavailable. Please fix this asap please Google

Same here. Started 3 days ago (in Australia).
Keeps popping up Say "Stop" on top of everything, and has to be slid off to dismiss (as shown in OP).
Happens every few minutes.
It's an absolute PITA and is making my phones and tablet unusable.
I have a Pixel 7 Pro, a Pixel 8a, and a Pixel Tablet and it is doing this ON ALL 3 DEVICES.
All are up to date (Android 15) and patched.
Google, you really do need to fix this ASAP.

I've managed to stop it by removing The "Google" app all the time "microphone" permission. So if the "Google"app wants to use the 🎤 it needs to ask permission. This seems to have solved the problem for now
