When something in the display starts malfunctioning the colours green or pink often show up in unexpected places on your screen. There are quite a many posts of displays with a green or pink line e.g.
Does the issue go away or become less intensive when gently squeezing (the sides of) your phone?
I suspect this to be a hardware failure. But before being sure about that we'll have to exclude software faults.
Try rebooting into SAFE MODE to make sure any 3rd party app isn't causing this.
If this doesn't help the next step is a FACTORY RESET to determine whether it's a (system) software fault. This is quite a job and I know it's no fun redoing the entire setup. But if the phone has to go to a repair centre there's a big chance a hard reset has to be done anyway.
Do this from within the settings of your phone.
Make sure you've got all important things backed up before you begin. Also be sure you know/remember your account credentials, PIN etc.. Also it is recommended to have a 2nd device that's signed in into your Google account on hand in case you have 2FA enabled.
If this all doesn't help it has to be hardware related. In that case contact SUPPORT. If this doesn't succeed (e.g. because you're not in a supported country) contact your reseller or visit a local reputable repair shop.
