Pixel 7 Pro not receiving calls after March 2024 update

After the March 2024 Android Update to my Pixel 7 Pro, I noticed that "most of the time"--but not 100% of the time--my phone will not ring for incoming calls.  In fact, it's as if there isn't an incoming call at all.  Nothing is even shown on the display regarding an incoming call.  My only clue is when someone leaves a message and for that I _am_ notified (yes, notifications still make audible sounds).

I've tried turning off Bluetooth: No change.

I also tried turning off the WiFi connection and using my Verizon connection.  When I did that the call came through. But when I turned WiFi back on, the call still came through.  But after a while it will revert to calls not coming through again.

Appreciate you all for reporting this in the community!

We're starting to push an update to Pixel 7 and newer phones. This includes network stability and performance improvements. This update will roll out globally to the regions and carriers impacted over the coming weeks.

We'll continue to monitor this thread as the update rolls out. Thanks everyone!

I'm having the exact same issue with my Pixel 7 on US Mobile (Verizon). Ever since upgrading to Android 14, I intermittently can't receive calls. I think this also affects outgoing calls sometimes as well. I spent countless hours with US Mobile's excellent support to rule out the possibility that it's a US Mobile issue. If Google doesn't fix this soon I'm never going to buy another Google product again.

UPDATE: It's been 24 hours since I updated my phone along with the other two in my family (Pixel 6 and another Pixel 7) and texting and calling have been solid. Keeping fingers crossed that the issue is now fixed.

This issue immediately presented itself on my Verizon Pixel 7 as soon as I got the March update. The April update has not fixed it. Completely unacceptable, I am going to reactivate my S21 and throw this into a drawer. I'm missing important medical calls and texts and I'm waiting to hear back from my mechanic.

It happened to me the other day. I wasn't getting calls or texts. This isn't just an inconvenience, it presents a risk to my family's health.

My Pixel 7 today has worse features and is less reliable than when I bought it at launch. I also have the annoying keyboard popup bug that Google is ignoring.  I've had a Pixel since the Pixel 3, but I'm jumping ship due to Google's incompetence.

Same. I've had Pixels since the 2 came out. The 5 had to be replaced because the battery expanded and then I got the 7. I've had minor issues like battery connected not charging, or it got extremely hot or even shutting off by itself, but I just assumed a bad charging cable or the fact that it literally just came out so bugs are bound to happen. No software issues and my phone ran pretty great until Saturday before Easter. I haven't been able to call or text anyone since.
The only other phone I have is my replacement 5 and I'm think of activating it without the current update just so I have a phone until I figure this out 🤦‍♀️
