Out of nowhere (since march 9, 2019) my Pixel is stuck in an infinite bootloop. It can't do anything with it, not even a factory reset. This phone has 11 months of age (!!!) (I still can't believe it). It is a refurbished one since the first one had a fatal software problem and they replaced it. Seriously what is the problem with your phones Google? Very disappointed, not a good service. Can't even get another back because the warranty (they gave me 6 months for the refurbished one) is over but it makes no sense: in what world does a phone lasts 11 months..!!?? #GooglePixelGate

Hi Lenin. If the problem is caused by a hardware fault, there are no software troubleshooting procedures that will help or that you will be able to implement.
Please either contact Google Support to discuss your options or, alternatively, one of the authorised repair centres listed HERE.
Thank you.

Hi Elizabeth. Unfortunately, if your Pixel is now stuck in a bootloop and you are unable to keep it stable enough to carry out a factory reset from Recovery, there is a list of authorised repair centres by location HERE to which you could either take or send your Pixel for examination and repair if economically viable.
Regards, Penny

Factory Reset from Recovery
Please Note: Prior to factory resetting, you must know the exact credentials (password & email address) that were used when last setting up the device. Without entering this information you will be unable to regain access (Factory Reset Protection). If you change your password within a 24 hour period of a reset, another full 24 hours will need to pass before attempting to log in.
When factory resetting to correct a problem, it is preferable to do so without restoring from a backup or reinstalling your third-party apps. If the problem has been caused by either a faulty backup or rogue app(s), reinstallation will also reintroduce the fault.
Using the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select,
- Power off then hold Power + Volume DOWN simultaneously until the bootloader screen appears;
- Hold Power while using the volume down button to navigate to Recovery Mode and use Power to select;
- You should then see an Android lying down with chest opened; press Power + tap volume UP just once and immediately release both;
- Use the volume DOWN button to navigate to Wipe Data/Factory Reset;
- Press Power to select;
- Press volume DOWN and use Power to select 'Yes;'
- Wait for the process to complete and then reboot the 'phone.

You're not alone. I had a notification when I left work yesterday that a security update was paused until I connected to WiFi. I didn't take any action and put my phone to sleep while I walked to my car. By the time I closed the car door I noticed my phone was rebooting and thought that was weird. Then I noticed that it got to the 'G' logo and promptly rebooted again, then again, again, etc.
At this point I can't get into recovery mode long enough to do anything before it reboots again, so the phone is effectively toast. I can't even get adb to connect in case I wanted to side load a proper OTA release.
24 hours ago it was a perfectly adequate pixel. Very frustrating.

Well I lucked out and my phone recovered after I let the battery completely die. Dodged a bullet there but am planning what to do long term now.
In my case the best guess I have is the power button was somehow electronically "stuck" down. Physically it would still "click" when pressed, so it wasn't actually stuck down or anything. This would explain why I could get into the recovery mode but not select any options using the power button. It would just get there, site for several seconds, and then reboot.

@Penelope R, I am definetely going to file a formal complaint about Google to the consumer protection AND write an article about it since I am a journalist. You have to respect the legal warranty of your product and respect your commitment to your customers. This situation is unacceptable and very disappointing.

It seems as if the phone's motherboard got all.. moldy? As i was taking apart I was quite surprised to see this. Many people who are bootlooping may be having something that looks like this. I heard you can clean this up with 99% alcohol.
