Removing or disable Google Translate message from Whatsapp

I have a new Pixel 6A and whenever I use Whatsapp I get this extremely annoying popup "Translate to English" message

I switched off Auto Translate on the Google Translate app

I also disabled the Google Translate feature on the Gboard app

But it's still there every time I open Whatsapp

I even tried deleting Google Translate but it doesn't go away

I have a Pixel 5 as well and it doesn't have this problem

Hello,

Go to Settings->System->Live translate, and turn it off. This should solve your issue.
