Pixel 3 stuck on G logo loading page with a progress bar under when updating Android 10

I have tried a lot of times. Everytime, it just stuck on G logo loading page but with a progress bar. The progress bar was just rolling back and forth but not had the function to display the progress. The situation would maintain over 3 hours. I had to stop updating to protect my deceive.

I've heard some people deal with this problem by resetting the phone. But I don't want to do this. Is there any other way to deal with it?

Hi TimeFlyingAway,

If the phone hasn't successfully booted into Android 10 yet you can try rolling back to Android 9 by forcibly rebooting the phone 7 times. Do this by just holding the power button until the phone restarts automatically. After the 7th time it should boot back into Android 9 without losing any data.

I know how to roll back to Android 9. My question is how can I update to Android 10. Thanks. Whether Google will fix this bug?

If it's stuck in a bootloop, the first priority is to get out of the bootloop. That's where downgrading back to Android 9 comes in. Doing so would provide an opportunity to double-check that everything you need is backed up and you can then try to install the update again.

Same thing here. Pixel 3XL stuck on upgrade to android 10. Had to the the reboot rollback. I really do not want to factory reset then upgrade.. No solution to this yet?

My 3aXL was sitting on a table next to me. rebooted on it's own. Now it's stuck on the "G" screen. Phone is just a few months old. Not going to chance going to Google Fi. Looks like i'm buying another Sammy Phone and staying with Sprint. This is really sad Google.
