Still having connection issues on Pixel 6 pro after January update.

The January update didn't fix the connectivity issues for me, the phone will still randomly drop connection and won't connect again until cycle airplane mode or restart. I'm on T mobile if that helps.

Edit: forgot to mention that my work around right now is to turn wifi calling off, which results in no drops

Hi, an update from me. I have been affected by this problem just like many others and had also posted my problems in this thread.
After I have written for months with the google support and I just like everyone else was always put off to the next update, I have repeatedly asked to finally send me a replacement device!
They sent me a refurbished device at first. I complained about this, because I did not want to get a refurbished device. My NEW device was defective from the beginning and I wanted to have a NEW replacement device. But Google did not want to agree to that. So I tested if the connection issues were fixed with the refurbished device. Unfortunately, the connection issue was still there even with the refurbished device. I had several disconnections every hour! So I sent the refurbished device back and asked again to send me a new replacement device. I was again put off and promised that the problem would be fixed with the June update. Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed with the June update, so I insisted again to send me a new replacement device. After another 5-6 emails with the google support, they finally sent me a new replacement device.
I installed the latest update on the replacement device and then did a full RESET. I then set up the new device with the same SIM card, the same apps, and the same settings as the defective device.
I have been using the new device daily for about 1 month now and I have not had a single disconnect!
I can only advise everyone who has the same problem to get a new replacement device. It is obvious that some of the first devices have a hardware defect and all the software updates will not solve the problem.

I got my Pixel 6 Pro in April and I've started having this problem every day for the past month. Driving me nuts. Any new progress on this from Google?

I'm having this issue and it makes the phone total garbage tbh. I constantly get a connection drop and have to toggle wifi off and only then does it consistently work. What a joke to have your flagship phone have these absolutely basic features messed up. It's 2022, this is unforgivable

All other phones working fine with the same connections and this new phone having problems.

Pd: I actually had to disconnect from the wifi to send this message.

Same issues here. (Pixel 6 Pro) I have to constantly check my phone and make sure I have service. Multiple times a day it says no service and I have to turn airplane mode on and off for it to reconnect to the network. I have missed extremely important, time sensitive calls for work numerous times.  They tell me it went directly to my voice mail when I finally get in touch with them.

Last week on a trip with the family, my phone constantly lost service and the music would stop. My wife was on her iphone, using the same mobile network talking on her phone.  We finally switched to her phone to listen to music and it has no issues.

If I get on an elevator I have to toggle airplane mode on and off for my pixel 6 pro to look for a network when I get off the elevator.  This is not acceptable.  Either fix this issue immediately or you lose a long time pixel/Android user.

I am having same network drop issues in my Pixel 6 and Pixel 6Pro. Factory reset also doesn't help, not sure if its a software issue or Hardware.

Same here. Have contacted Google about the issue multiple times with no persivable action on their part. Been having these issues for about two months now (since early July 2022). Very disappointed by Google's response or lack there of. Best thing to do is to ditch Pixel and get a phone that can actual do the basic things that a phone is expected to do since these clowns can't figure out what's causing the issue.

Just a reminder to vote with your wallet. This phone was garbage from the beginning and google is hoping you have a short memory.

@Nikon Guy What do you suggest? Get a new phone? If so, which one? They all suck just like all the service providers suck. We pay ridiculous prices for phones and cell service only to have issues. As much as we pay, it should work 99% of the time; phone and service. However, that's not the case. What's the best of the evils? I'm all ears boss.

Had Pixel Pro 6 since it came out and been having the cellular network loss since the beginning. It happens all day, in the middle of calls, while using apps, uploading work etc.

I talked to Google several times, at one point the admitted that they couldn't give me a replacement because this was an issue with the model not my particular handset. They said the Next update would fix it and it would come out by June.

Several updates later, even after a whole new android os the problem persists. I feel like this is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen.

We paid over $1000 in some cases, to have a phone that only works sometimes...

I hope they give us a good deal on the 7 since this model was trash.
