When I try to open the battery settings on my Pixel 6 Pro, it looks for a split second like it's going to open then closes. I'm able to open up other settings like Storage, Notifications, and Apps without any issues. I've also tried to go to it via Search Settings and selecting Battery Share, but that also fails to load the battery settings. I've power cycled and checked for any system or app updates.
Was having this issue, not sure exactly what solved it for me. I ended up trying Scott B's suggestion to clear data for Device health services, but that didn't (immediately) solve it. I was also having issues with WiFi scanning, so additionally reset WiFi and app preferences (via settings -> system -> reset options). I normally don't charge my phone past 80% or so, but I topped it up and noticed that while charging I was able to open the battery menu. It's been fine since (fingers crossed...).
