My wifi and Bluetooth constantly turn off and will not cut back on. What's wrong?
1
I have been having this issue since getting this phone. My Bluetooth and wifi will cut off completely and when I try to toggle them back on, they will not. I have to reboot the entire phone. The next day, I will have the same issue. I'm not using battery saving apps or anything I'm aware of that should be involved.

The directions for entering safe mode are not working. When I power off, safe mode never pops up.

After holding down the button for 20 or so seconds, my phone automatically restarts. No safe mode comes up and my phone is not in airplane mode.

No, hold the power button on the side of the phone until the menu shows up that has power off, restart etc. Then push and hold the power off icon on the screen (not the button on the side of the phone).

In order to enter safe mode, hold the power button for a few seconds until the menu with the "emergency", "power off", and "restart" buttons pops up. Once you're in there, tap and hold the "restart" button until a message telling you to reboot your phone into safe mode comes up. Once you're in safe mode, check if the issue regarding your connectivity persists. However, spoiler-alert, it will persist because this does not help. This issue has affected many Pixel 3 XL users and you, Brittany, might as well joined the club.

From another Pixel 3 XL user with the same issue, Edward.
